  • capitalize on = （自分にとってプラス・有利になるように）〜を利用（活用）する〔他動詞で「投資する、現金化する、大文字で書く」などの意あり〕
  • How can we use this? よりビジネスぽい表現
  • この質問に対しては、We can capitalize on this by...と答えるとよい

• She capitalized on the booming market.
  • booming = （市場・企業などが）好景気の、活況の、成長著しい

UNIT 14

• There must be new business opportunitys here. = ここに新規のビジネスチャンスがあるはずです
  • opportunity ⇒ 昨年のUNIT 95（It was a great opportunity to learn.）
  • Every mistake you make is an apportunity to improve.（5分間トレーニングのlesson 108）

• manufacturer = （大規模な）製造業者（会社）、メーカー【略】mfr.〔日本語の「メーカー」には「大規模な」という意味合いが含まれており、通常これを訳語に当てる〕

• This is a great opportunity.
  • We should take it. などと続けるとよい
• This is a[ei] once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
  • once-in-a-lifetime = 一生に一度の、またとない
• There are new business opportunities if you think outside the box.
  • outside the box = 独創的な
  • think outside the box = 既成概念（既存の枠組み）にとらわれずに物事を考える、これまでとは全く違った観点で考える（思考する）
