Business Phrase of the Day

  • My presentation will cover three points today.（同じ意味）
Words & Phrases
  • head (vt) = 〔組織などを〕率いる、預かる
    • To head a group means to lead it. (Ms Lindsay)
  • disaster (n) = 〔突然起こる〕（大）災害、天災、災難、（大）惨事、厄災
  • disaster recovery = 《コ》障害回復、災害復旧
Note
  • 動詞に使われる head はなかなか聞いて理解するのが難しい。リンジーさんのシャドウイングでも I head ... と聞いて「I had...? 意味が通じない？」と思ってしまった。
