Ed: Well, Jimmy as a character is a very good manager. He listens well to his staff and always consider their opinions when making a dicision. He may not always agree, but Kat has expressed his concerns about meeting customer expectations convincingly. And he didn't give up when his opinion was challenged. So he was able to persuade Jimmy.
